SMOKEHOUSE - Salmon and Shrimp


Proud owner  Annelie Utter says in 2006 that she had along with his partner Rajat has taken over the smookery in the garden in Tjuvkil. - It is now Utters Rökeri


We smoke in a small scale in the old traditional way and it tastes so good. Salmon is of course always best fresch smoked completely, but keep at least one week in the refrigerator. There are several different flavor of shares to choose from garlic, pepper or herbs while they always smoked prawns seasoned with garlic, "says Annelie.

Year-round offer both smoked salmon and smoked shrimp in Utter Rökeri almost every day.

• Smoked salmon costs 29 SEK/hg. Choose between different flavor: garlic, tandoori, lemon pepper, herbs or pepper.
